A two-level ‘dead’ mall with an amusement park growing out of the food court that still bills itself as Ontario’s largest. A carousel, bumper cars, a small coaster, and soft play; open all year under the fluorescent mall lights. It’s Kidcore in full, and the main reason – along with the cinema – that the mall is still half alive. Most major retail chains have moved out, whilst the 80’s decor has remained, giving Woodbine Mall a nostalgic feel. It really could pass for a kidcore themed backrooms level on off-peak hours.
Key features include:
Indoor 80’samusement park inside the mall
Unrestored 80’s mall décor
Quiet, half-empty floors off-peak
