How To Submit A Location

Submissions are welcome from anyone who has found what they consider to be a real liminal location.

If you know of a place that carries a strong sense of transition, stillness, nostalgia, or strangeness, you can submit it for consideration!

Criteria:

  • Real, physical locations
  • Places that feel liminal (empty corridors, abandoned sites, unusual thresholds, quiet institutional or religious spaces, etc.)
  • Accurate location information
  • Clear photographs (if possible)
  • Honest access and safety notes

How to Use the “Add Location” form:

Please include –

  • The name of the place
  • Location / address (as precise as you can)
  • A short description of why you think it feels liminal
  • Access notes (how to reach it, opening times, restrictions)
  • Safety notes (anything visitors should be aware of)
  • Photographs (if you have them)

All submissions are reviewed before being published.

If you don’t have all of the information necessary to fill out the Add Location form, you can also use the contact form to submit the information you do have, and I’ll take a look.

Thank you for helping document the quiet places that exist between the everyday world and something slightly other!
